Policy of our store

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at Zullyhairskincare@gmail.com . within 2 days of receiving your item to alert us of the damage, then return the item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged items we will send out a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full price of the item excluding the shipping cost.

To complete your return we require a photo of the item or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Bath Salts 
  • Soaps 
  • Scrubs,Oils
  • Sale Items + Clearance Items

Zullyhairskincare is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed or damaged products. All orders are insured up to $100.00, you will have to contact your local post office for a claim.

Please take your time during checkout, to put in the correct address. If your package is returned to us , a refund will be issued to you minus the shipping cost.

 Priority Orders: Will be received 2/3 days after order has been shipped out, not the date the order is placed. If USPS delayed your package you are expected to contact USPS and request an update.


 After your payment has been authorized and verified it will take up to two  to three business days excluding holidays to process your order.


Business days do not include weekends or holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12 pm EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.


If we are experiencing a high number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
